No STL file? We’ll design it with you.

Bring us an idea, a sketch, a photo or the broken part itself. We’ll measure it, model it in CAD, send you a preview, and print it once you’re happy.

How design help works

From idea to part in four steps

  1. 01

    Tell us the idea

Fill in the form below with what it’s for, rough sizes, and any photos or sketches.

  2. 02

    We quote & model

We confirm a fixed design price, then build the 3D model and send you renders to check.

  3. 03

    Test & tweak

For parts that need to fit, we print a test piece first and adjust until it’s right.

  4. 04

    Print & keep the file

We print the final version in your chosen material. The STL is yours to keep for reorders.

Custom glass-door fitting

The client needed a fitting that matched an existing door frame exactly. We measured on site and modelled the profile around the glass, then 3D printed a plastic test piece to check the fit. Once it was right, we used the same STL file to have the final part CNC machined in metal.

  • Measured on site and modelled to fit
  • Plastic test print to confirm the fit
  • Final part CNC machined in metal from the same file

Branded two-colour keychains

We turned a business logo into raised, two-colour keychains, printed in one go on the AMS with no painting or gluing. They make great giveaways for staff and customers.

  • Logo converted from a flat image to 3D
  • Matching handle tag designed alongside

Small-batch production parts

For repeat parts we lay out a full plate so each print run makes many pieces at once. That keeps the cost per part low for small production runs.

  • Optimised plate layouts for batches
  • Consistent results across every run
